There's a whole lot more about me...

Currently, I live in the chicago suburbs with my husband, Allen, and our doberman, Captain Kid. We named him that because when we adopted him, we discovered pretty quickly that he's a big goof. One of our favorite places to eat is at this little mexican restaurant right outside our neighborhood that has fantastic burritos and fajitas. Occasionally, when our dog is misbehaving, my husband threatens him with the prospect of sending him down the street to become a burrito but of course, he's only kidding.

I'd like to consider myself fairly fluent in spanish, which definitely comes in handy with graphic design... not really. So for fun, I've taught our dog commands in spanish as well as english. And I volunteer at my church's food pantry where I get to give out food and encouragement in english as well as spanish.
